The activities undertaken on this tour may contain other unknown or unanticipated inherent risks that may result in injury or death. IL disclaims responsibility for the activities its clients choose to participate in, and these clients accept full responsibility for risks identified herein and any inherent risks not specifically identified. Any participation in any activity is purely voluntary, and is at the sole election of the participant in spite of and with full knowledge of the inherent risks. In addition, in rare events IL may act only as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide transportation, sightseeing, activities, or other services connected with any tour provided by IL. Such services are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers. IL and its respective employees, agents, representatives, and assigns accept no liability whatsoever for any injury, damages or expenses of any kind due to sickness, weather, acts of nature, local laws or other such causes. All services are subject to local regulations of Taiwan. IL is not responsible for any baggage or personal effects of any individual participating in the tours or trips arranged by IL. Individual travelers are responsible for purchasing travel insurance, if desired, that will cover some of the expenses associated with the loss of luggage or personal effects. By agreeing to participate in a tour with IL, you consent to the use of your image and/or videos that may be taken during your tour in the marketing and promotional materials of IL, including but not limited to website, social media, print advertising, email advertising, brochures, television advertising, radio advertising, business cards, and any other promotional material at the discretion of IL. Accuracy of information: IL makes every effort to make sure that the information contained on their website is accurate. The tour leader or guide during a tour has the right to make any necessary changes to the itinerary.
